Peer Support Specialists

Do you have personal experience with mental health challenges, substance use recovery, or overcoming life’s obstacles?

Your lived experience can become one of your greatest strengths.

Peer Support Specialists help individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing encouragement and emotional support.
Sharing personal recovery experiences when appropriate.
Helping individuals identify personal goals.
Connecting individuals with community resources.
Encouraging independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth.

Recovery Coaches

We believe recovery is about more than getting through today. It’s about building a better tomorrow.

Recovery Coaches help individuals identify their strengths, establish goals, overcome barriers, and develop the confidence to move forward.

Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals

We are interested in connecting with qualified behavioral health professionals who share our commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Potential opportunities include:

Licensed Mental Health Counselors.
Licensed Independent Social Workers.
Clinical supervisors and directors.
